The QSA Group LLC is a business services company recognized as a Minority Woman Owned & Women Owned Business by the States of Michigan, Kentucky and North Carolina. QSA is a recognized member of the Super Bowl Emerging Business Program with over 20 years of experience, this company has planned events for the Chamber of Commerce in several counties, several chapters of the National Pan Hellenic Council, the Army, and for large corporations such as IBM, AT&T, the AT&T Pioneers. Successful fundraisers, weddings, fraternity and sorority step shows & parties, annual scholarship dinners, award luncheons, fitness fairs, army roasters, officer graduations, talent shows, open microphone contests, comedy shows, golf outings and artist concerts. We can help you plan outside of the box. We also have several diverse trainers, artists, modeling agents and entertainment venues that we work with to make your event successful.
There is no event that is too challenging for us.

Sheila M. Parson, PhD
As owner and CEO of The QSA Group LLC is a business services company recognized as a Minority Woman Owned & Women Owned Business by the States of Michigan & Kentucky. QSA Entertainment part of the QSA Group LLC is a member of the Super Bowl Emerging Business Program.
With over 20+ years of
experience, Parson has planned events such as fundraisers, weddings, golf
outings, fraternity and sorority step shows & parties, annual
scholarship dinners, award luncheons, fitness fairs, army roasters, officer
graduations, talent shows, open microphone contests, comedy shows, talent shows
and artist concerts.
She has a wide range of business associates who partner together to create
successful networking events.

has held very diverse executive leadership positions throughout her career, with
IBM, the US Army, she is currently working at the one AT&T company
as a Lead Staffing/Recruiter/Human Resource Manager. While at AT&T she has
trained employees in diversity, resume writing, HR practices, mentoring, self-assessment, self-improvement,
leadership development, customer service, and she is also a train the trainer
for her HR organization. She plans a talent
show each year that helps the QSA Foundation to host a Celebration for Homeless
Children event which is currently in three states (North Carolina, Michigan & Kentucky).
She is a past Vice President of Planning for the Professional Women of SBC
(Women of AT&T), the Past Treasurer for the Metro Council Chapter of the
AT&T Pioneers, Past Scholarship chair, & Mentoring Chair for AT&T
CNET, Current President of AT&T VETS North Carolina Chapter, Current Vice President of AT&T
South Eastern VETS Chapter , a former member of the Kentucky
Political Action Committee and associated with several other Employee Initiated
Organizations within the AT&T.
has her B.A. in Communications and Journalism, her M.A. in Business and Human
Resource Management and her PhD. in Organizational Development and Human
Parson has an extensive honorable military background where she started out as an enlisted Army Solider, was activated for Desert Storm/Shield, and then went to Officer Candidate School and is now a retired United States Captain.
Joined Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc thru Alpha Eta Chapter (Wayne State University) while she was enrolled at Oakland University where she was a charter member of the Rochester, Michigan Chapter as an Undergraduate, she then became the Vice-President of Rho Sigma Graduate chapter (Detroit, MI), where she chartered the Detroit Metro Chapter. Since she has been a member of Eta Epsilon Sigma Graduate Chapter in Lexington, Kentucky - where she chartered as the advisor for newly chartered Rho Psi Chapter at Eastern Kentucky University. She is now an active Graduate and Life Member #733 of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. National recognized as a current Member of Zeta Pi Sigma Alumnae Chapter in Greenville, NC.
She also serves on the
following boards: Winterville Chamber of Commerce and Greenville/Pitt Chamber of
Commerce. She is has previously been a part of the following: Madison County Business & Education Partnership Committee,
the 101 Best and Brightest Company to work for presented by the Michigan
Business and Professional Association, and Goodwill Industries, Inc, Detroit
where she was elected as both the Secretary and Chairperson of the Human
Resource Committee of the Goodwill Detroit executive board of directors.
Parson's specialization is not limited to organization and planning. She also enjoys conducting training and development. She has organized events and conducted training, diversity and development presentations for several large companies and venues such as AT&T, Wayne Community College, Highland Park Community College, Eastern Michigan University, Eastern Kentucky University, The Mayor of Southfield, The Detroit African Museum, T.W.W. & Associates, Junior Achievement Teacher of Skills for Success program and Goodwill Industries.
Parson was a Super Captain/Training Captain for the Super Bowl XL Detroit Host Committee and provided supervision and the training for all of the volunteers for the Super Bowl XL in Detroit 2006.
Among her many honors, Parson is a certified Notary Public with the National Notary Association and certified Signing Agent, certified HR Professional, and certified Trainer.
Parson, has also received the SBC President's award in 2004, received the Professional Women of SBC's R.A.V.E. award in 2005 (that recognizes today’s top women of AT&T leaders), 2005 Meritorious Service Award from the AT&T Pioneers, and in 2006 was given a national award by the AT&T Pioneers for her creation and planning of the Pioneer IDOL which raised over $10,000 for Detroit area homeless . In 2008 the Detroit City Council presented her with a Testimonial Resolution for her planning of the AT&T Pioneer Michigan & QSA Foundation Celebration for homeless children that has hosted a Celebration for over 450+ homeless children each year since 2002. She has also received letters of support for the Celebration for Homeless Events from the Mayor of Pontiac, MI Titus McClary, from both Governor of Michigan Jennifer M Granholm and the Governor of Kentucky Steven L. Beshear. She is also a member of the National Riffle Association.

Ironically, Parson is also the founder of the QSA Foundation: which is a non-profit 501c3 corporation that helps homeless children and military families as well as promotes community service programs, leadership and training within several communities.
The foundation is supported solely by contributions from donors and the members of the QSA Foundation.
